My approach
is relational and client-centered, which means our work together begins with you: your needs, your goals, your pace. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including parts work, somatic practices, Gestalt therapy, and transpersonal psychology, to create a treatment plan that's truly personalized to you. Rather than fitting you into a single framework, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. In some sessions, we might work with the wisdom of your body; in others, we might explore the different parts of yourself that hold conflicting needs. My through-line is always collaborative presence, deep respect for your experience, and trust in your capacity for healing.
I have tools, questions, and resources; you are the expert in your own lived experience; let’s work together to create a path for healing.
